Students with a diverse range of interests, talents and skills are welcome in the Inter-A Program. Although students typically enter the program in Grades 8-9, applicants are considered at any grade level.
For students wishing to join the Inter-A Program the following September, the application process begins with a day-long visit, usually in January or February. During the visit, students will be twinned with a current Inter-A student to truly experience the program and see if it is the right choice for them. After the visit, interested students are invited to complete an application form and will be asked to return for a brief interview with a teacher and a current student. Applications are evaluated based on suitability for the program.
If your son or daughter is interested in applying to the Inter-A program for the 2018-2019 school year, please attend the Parent Information Evening on February 1st at 6:30pm (the meeting will be held at Queen Elizabeth Secondary — 9457 King George Blvd). Registration is not required.
